Certified Medicare Medicaid Assistance Program (MMAP) Counselors are available by appointment to assist with health benefits concerns.

Counselors can help you:

  • Enroll in a Medicare Prescription Part D or Medicare Advantage Plan.
  • Save money on health insurance costs by screening you for Extra Help, Medicare Savings Program, or the Medigap Subsidy.
  • Understand and respond correctly to letters you receive from Medicare, Medicaid/Department of Health and Human Services, and Social Security.
  • Figure out that darn “doughnut hole” and how to get your medicines.
